Pool Inspection – Swimming Pool Inspections

As from 1st December 2010 the Queensland Pool Safety Council is making changes to the Pool Safety Laws.

Pool owners will be required to approach Pool Safety in a new light, the new rules and regulations will apply to ALL existing and new pools.

The new Pool Safety laws are based on being a maintenance program that is trigger by Selling/buying or leasing. The Pool Safety Council Laws are to protect children under 5yrs of age and the new laws do not replace supervision of pools.
